How do I install Colossales?
Install from the Chrome Web Store (link once published). Private testers: Chrome developer mode. Open Gmail, accept OAuth (Gmail, Sheets, Tasks) — the board appears in the UI.
The board doesn’t show up in Gmail
Confirm the extension is enabled on chrome://extensions, you’re on mail.google.com (not another client), then reload the tab. If OAuth was denied, reconnect from the Colossales panel.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
From the Pricing page or the “Go Pro” CTA in the extension. Stripe opens a secure checkout; Pro entitlement activates once payment is confirmed.
Where is my data stored?
In a Google Sheets workbook tied to your Google account. Colossales doesn’t host your pipeline in a proprietary database. See the Privacy page for details.
Sync stops or stays incomplete
Free syncs a limited thread volume; Pro goes to 100+. Re-run Sync from the board bar. If Sheets is read-only or over quota, Google may block writes.
Google Tasks reminders don’t appear
Confirm the Tasks scope in OAuth, then create a reminder from a thread’s detail panel. Tasks also show in Google Tasks — check the correct Google account.
Can I use Colossales with Salesforce / HubSpot?
Yes. Colossales doesn’t have to replace your enterprise CRM: it structures the inbox. Many teams keep it for triage and live deals alongside the official CRM.
How do I remove the extension?
Chrome → Extensions → remove Colossales. Your Sheets data stays in Drive. Pro subscriptions are managed separately via the Stripe portal.
