Install

Colossales installs as a Chrome extension. After Google authorization, the Kanban board appears inside Gmail — no extra CRM tab, no Workspace Marketplace add-on.

How to

    Install the extension

    Open the Colossales Chrome Web Store listing, click Add to Chrome, then confirm.

    Open Gmail

    Go to mail.google.com with the Google account that will use Colossales.

  3. 3

    Authorize

    On first Sync, accept Gmail, Sheets, Tasks and the listed scopes. The board appears in Gmail.

    Pin it

    Pin Colossales in the Chrome toolbar. The Gmail rail icon also opens the board.

FAQ

Is it a Google Workspace add-on?

No. Colossales is a Chrome MV3 extension, not a Marketplace add-on. Pro billing is Stripe on colossales.com.

The board doesn’t show up

Check chrome://extensions (enabled), reload mail.google.com, and reconnect OAuth from the panel if authorization was denied.
