Gmail sync

Sync reads Gmail (multiple mailboxes) and writes the index to your Google Sheets. Free: 30 threads. Pro: 100+. Snippets, companies and deals you already entered are preserved.

How to

  1. 1

    Click Sync

    Board bar. The query covers inbox, sent, archive.

  2. 2

    Wait for the index

    New cards land in To do (or the first configured status).

  3. 3

    Respect quota

    Sheets has read/write quotas. Colossales buffers card moves so it doesn’t saturate.

  4. 4

    Retry

    If sync stops, click again. Google quota or read-only Sheets = temporary block.

FAQ

Several aliases / mailboxes?

Yes. Multi-mailbox sync tags the thread with the mailbox (inbox, sent, archived).

Does it archive my mail?

Only if you mark a thread Done with mailbox reconciliation. Kanban triage does not move Gmail by itself.
