Configurable statuses
TODO and Pipeline presets are starting points. You add, rename and reorder statuses. A remap moves existing cards onto the new grid.
How to

Open Config
From the board bar, status settings.

Edit the list
Unique names; order = column order.

Remap
If you remove a status, pick the landing column for those cards.

Sync
Sheets Config is the source; another device picks up the same grid.
FAQ
Do I lose cards?
Not if you remap. An orphan status without remap blocks save.
Free?
Default TODO is Free. Advanced config / pipeline remap is Pro.
