The TODO board turns Gmail threads into cards. Status lives on the thread: drag a card to change column without leaving the inbox. Free includes this board, comments and reminders.

How to

  1. 1

    Open the board

    Colossales icon in the Gmail left rail (or the header launcher). The board replaces the mail list.

  2. 2

    Sync

    Sync imports inbox, sent and archive. Free: last 30 threads. Pro: 100+.

  3. 3

    Drag a card

    Drop it on In progress, Waiting or Done. Status is written to your Google Sheets.

  4. 4

    Open detail

    A click opens the panel: status, comments, reminders, and (Pro) deal / company.

FAQ

Where do cards come from?

From Gmail (inbox, sent, archive). Colossales doesn’t invent mail: it indexes threads in Sheets and shows them as columns.

Can I remove a thread from the board?

Yes. A thread can be on no board, TODO, Pipeline, or both (dual-board).
