A Colossales reminder creates a Google Tasks item linked to the thread. The due date shows in the panel and in Tasks. Follow-ups no longer live on sticky notes.

How to

  1. 1

    Authorize Tasks

    tasks scope. Re-consent after an update that adds it.

  2. 2

    Pick a date

    Chips (tomorrow, Friday…) or the date picker in the panel.

  3. 3

    Add a note

    e.g. “Chase Marie — budget committee”.

  4. 4

    Mark done

    In Colossales or in Google Tasks — they stay in sync.

FAQ

I don’t see the task

Check the Google account (same as Gmail) and the default Tasks list.
