On Pro / Team, you add same-domain colleagues to a card. Invite from the panel. The Team plan also shares the Sheets workbook.

Pro or Team plan
The colleague menu lists the directory if you are an admin (directory scope).

Add a member
Share section → pick a domain colleague.

Share via Gmail
A read-only share can go out by email (colossales.com/partage link).

Team
Team checkout: seats = active accounts on the domain or a Google Group.
FAQ
Can gmail.com be Team?
No. Team requires a Google Workspace domain.
Directory is empty
You need admin.directory and a Workspace admin account. Otherwise limited manual entry.
