Drive files

Deal Docs and Sheets clip to the card. Attach an existing file (drive.file) or create a prospect sheet from a template, without leaving Gmail.

Open Files

Files section in the detail panel.

Attach

Link a Doc or Sheet already in Drive (created by the app or opened via the allowed picker).

Create a prospect file

The button generates a template document linked to the card.

Reopen

A click opens the file in a Google tab.

Does Colossales see all of Drive?

No. drive.file scope: only files the app created or you explicitly opened.

Where is the prospect file?

In your Drive, linked to the card via Sheets.

Deal memory on the thread.

Google Tasks glued to the mail.

Workspace colleagues on the card.

OAuth / sync troubleshooting and team contact live elsewhere.
