Colossales does not trap the pipeline in a proprietary database. A “Colossales CRM Data” workbook in your Drive indexes threads, comments, reminders, companies, config. You own it.

How to

  1. 1

    First Sync

    The extension creates the workbook if needed (user Drive, or team Drive on the Team plan).

  2. 2

    Open Sheets

    Sheets icon in the board bar.

  3. 3

    Don’t break headers

    You can read and export. Avoid renaming technical columns.

  4. 4

    Leave Colossales

    Removing the extension leaves the workbook in Drive. Stripe billing is separate.

Where is the file?

OAuth account’s Google Drive, named Colossales CRM Data (Threads, Comments, Reminders, Companies, Config sheets).

Team = one workbook?

Yes: a shared workbook on the team Drive.
