Colossales associates email with a company account. The name shows on the card. The domain can suggest a match, or you pick a company by hand.

How to

Open the panel

Company section under the thread.

Accept or create

Pick an existing account or create one (name + domain).

Override

If the domain matched poorly, select another company. That replaces the default.

See it on the card

The account name appears in sky accent on the Kanban card.

Is it automatic?

The domain can suggest. There is no silent default bind: you confirm.

Does Free include companies?

No. Companies = Pro.

Prospect to Won, inside Gmail.

Amount, close date, probability.
